Return Policy

Please note: You are responsible for all customs, duties, import duties, VAT, and handling fees that may be charged. Please note, these fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are solely the responsibility of the customer. I am not responsible for any additional fees you may incur. 

REFUSED AND UNCOLLECTED ORDERS

Should you refuse to pay customs fees or fail to collect your order, your order will be returned to me.

For in-stock items

Once I receive the package, I will communicate with you to see if you wish to continue with your order. If you do, a new shipping label will be required, so I will send you an invoice covering the full shipping amount. If you do not wish to continue with your order, I will issue a refund for the items, but not the original shipping costs and any return fees I am charged.

For Preordered (made-to-order) items

Refunds will not be issued for preordered (made-to-order) items that are refused or left uncollected, as these are exempt from cancellation rights within EU law. You will have 14 calendar days from the date that I receive your refused or uncollected package to arrange and pay for the item to be shipped to you. After the 14 days, the items will go back into my inventory with no refund provided.
